Cyber Defense Solutions (CDS) has several openings in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) IT Support Services (ITSS) contract in Fairborn, Ohio (WPAF near the Dayton, Ohio metropolitan area).
Clearance Level: Secret security clearance is the minimum to be considered.

Location: Fairborn, Ohio (Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB)
Minimum/General Experience: May require an associate's degree in a related area and no previous experience in the field or equivalent. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Functional Responsibility: Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor.
Minimum Education: A associate's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree (additional 2 years). Requires a DoD 8570 IAT I certification (A+, CCNA Security, Network+ or SSCP). A DoD 8570 IAT II or IAT III certification may also be considered.
